1. How much does it cost?
Our standard packages are available on our website, we have tried to make our pricing as easy as possible at this difficult time. If unsure of any of the process then we are happy to assist by phone just give us a call.
2. Do I have to use the cremation service provided by my vets?
No, You have the right to choose any cremation service for your pets final journey.
3. Can you collect my pet from my local vets?
Yes, once you have contacted us to arrange your pets cremation, we will contact your vet and arrange to bring your pet into our care.
4. What if the worst happens to my pet out of hours?
All you need to do is give us a call and a member of our team will be available to assist, we offer a 24/7, 365 day service.
5. How do I know that the ashes are from my pet?
We only carry out individual cremations here at Gentle Paws, each pet is cremated on their own and the whole process will be overseen by a member of our team throughout.
6. How are my pets ashes returned?
Your pets ashes will be placed in either a paw print scatter tube or an urn this choice is yours and this can be discussed when contacting us. You are welcome to arrange collection from our offic or we can hand deliver them to you for a small extra charge.
7. Can I bring my pet to you and watch the cremation?
You are welcome to come to our crematorium and say goodbye to your pet, we have a dedicated memory suite available. Unfortunately you will not be able to be present during the cremation as only trained members of the team can be present during the cremation process.
